Philadelphia, PA -

GloRilla was seen throwing her wig into the audience during a recent performance after fans tried to snatch it off her head.

The incident went down during Big Glo’s performance in Philadelphia – one of the closing shows on her Anyways, Life’s Great Tour that began in January – and the crowd met the moment with wild cheering.

“Dey tried to take my wig while I was crowd surfing so I snatched it off & threw it in da crowd,” GloRilla wrote on Twitter after the show. “Philly was lit.”

In another tweet she wrote: “last day of tour went out with a bangggg.”

GloRilla’s tour has been full of surprises, both good and bad. During her New York stop at Irving Plaza on February 22, the “F.N.F” rap star brought out Cardi B as a special guest, and the pair ran through their juggernaut hit “Tomorrow 2.”

2023 HipHopDX Rising Star Lola Brooke also made an appearance at the show to perform her breakout hit “Don’t Play With It.”

During a show in Denver, Colorado earlier this month, an overzealous fan hurled a jacket at GloRilla while she addressed the audience. The clothing hit Big Glo in the face, and she paused the show to find the fan who threw it.

“Who the fuck threw that,” Glo said. “Who threw it? Who just threw that? You with the braids? Look, little girl, don’t throw shit else at me. Don’t throw nothing else at me that hit me in my face.”

The incident transpired a mere week after the Collective Music Group rapper found herself in another altercation with a fan during a rowdy club appearance. GloRilla claimed she was paid $30,000 for a walkthrough, which she did, but when fans noticed she wasn’t going to perform, they quickly lost their temper.

Footage from the incident shows Glo being swiftly escorted through the venue as a woman hurls a drink at her while calling her obscenities.

GloRilla addressed the incident on Twitter and implied she was paid to host the club night, not perform. “Ain’t no ho spit on shit !!!!! Ask dat ho how ha face feel doe,” she tweeted at the time. “No way you think I’m performing when you paid for a hosting crazy tail self.”

In another tweet, she added: “I’m so mad dat I can get sued for slapping you hoes !! [crying face emojis] but you hoes still can get slapped bitch.”

GloRilla’s CMG label boss, Yo Gotti, also took to social media to defend his signee, reaffirming that the $30,000 was merely for showing up.

“30k to perform [crying face emojis] U must booked lil Glo NOT Big Glo #CMG,” he wrote in an Instagram comment.

GloRilla closed out her Anyways, Life’s Great Tour on Saturday (February 25) in Washington, D.C. and will eventually perform in her hometown of Memphis at a later date.
